God’s Eternal Purposes and Recovery

Eph 3:8  Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

9  And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

10  To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

11  According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:

It is God’s time, at least for you who delight in His voice, to shift you from merely doing ministry to enter into God’s eternal purposes for the earth.

To enter into God’s eternal purposes is to move into something greater than yourself.

It is an entrance into something that you cannot do, and that God will not allow you to you, unless He does it through you.

Its totally His work.

No man can touch it with his “good ideas!”

It requires a break from your natural strength and a revelation of God’s strength through you.

It is a difficult work, because it requires repentance and a breaking with sin so that there can be admittance into the purity of His eternal purposes.

Its entrepreneurial in nature, and as many entrepreneurs. you may have to do it alone, at least to begin.

This is because most of the church is not operating in God’s eternal purposes, and you will be ahead of most.

You will be a model for others to follow.

One of the eternal purposes of God is to recover what the church has lost.

The church has lost much ground in these past decades due to passivity, complacency, lack of prayer, the study of the Word and distraction.

The church has lost the all-important discernment of the voice of God.

The church who is supposed to provide a witness of the life of the risen Christ to the world is instead providing the witness of a broken and sickly Christ.

For those contend for the manifestation of the risen Christ, they will be summoned to God’s eternal purposes and the work of recovery of the genuine witness of Christ in the church.

It is pioneering, its years ahead where most of the church is, and it is lonely and prone to be misunderstood, until the church catches up with those who have been laboring in this process of recovery.

Nevertheless, be encouraged, it is a splendid, an extremely significant work, Christ will be with you, and you end up gloriously victorious.
